Steve & Belkis Lehmann

Steve and Belkis have two portfolios within Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. Steve overseas the triad area of NC working on recruiting, placing, and coaching teams to the 12 campuses in three cities. He also coaches leaders across the US and serves in a variety of other smaller roles. Belkis is the National Diversity Director for XA. She equips leaders through training seminars and resource creation to reach every student. She is helping mobilize ethnic minorities into XA missionary service (now 22% of our staff). She is also a catalyst to see ministries planted on historically black colleges and universities (up to 10 from 1 when she started in this role.)
