We are serving in a Sudanese community in the South of Egypt. Our desire is to live in Sudan, but that’s currently not possible because of a brutal civil war. So, we are getting as close as we can, living among Sudanese in Egypt, learning the language and culture, and preaching Christ, believing that God will save souls and plant churches among the Sudanese.

Sudan has 169 unreached people groups. That’s more than any other country in Africa. Of those, fifty nine have zero known believers with no Christians living among them to share the Gospel.

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news! -Romans 10:14-15
