Currently, the Fergusons serve as the Directors of the Latin America Advanced School of Theology (LAAST). This ministry enables the Fergusons to train and impact pastors, missionaries and church leaders across Latin America. LAAST or ISUM (Instituto de Superación Ministerial), serves the Assemblies of God in Latin America and offers seminars for students to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Ministerial Studies. ISUM/LAAST’s slogan is Conocimiento y Fervor (Knowledge and Zeal); providing students with dynamic Theological Training to remain fully Pentecostal in experience and practice. The Fergusons also serve as the Directors of the Latin America Resource and Training Center based in Panama, which is strategically located to host LAAST classes, Ministerial Enrichment Seminars, Missionary formation, teacher training, and NextGen conferences for the LAC Region.
